I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, although a little old, were clean and comfortable with a decent size. It’s a basic room, but it's clean, roomy, and offers a nice hot shower. I did hear some noise from guests on the 2nd floor when they were moving into their room, which was a bit distracting.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel with stunning views of Jungfrau mountain from my slightly smaller but very comfortable and clean room. The service was top-notch, with the staff being super accommodating and kind, offering excellent advice on local activities. The location was perfect for various activities like skiing and hiking, just a short walk from Interlaken West station. The dining experience was superb, with a variety of European and Asian choices included in the room rate. Overall, a wonderful experience!
